{"id":95,"date":"2025-06-01T22:14:23","date_gmt":"2025-06-01T22:14:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bioresonanceinfinity.ca\/?p=95"},"modified":"2025-06-01T22:14:24","modified_gmt":"2025-06-01T22:14:24","slug":"recipe-raw-crackers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bioresonanceinfinity.ca\/?p=95","title":{"rendered":"Recipe &#8211; Raw crackers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>100% raw meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avocado sprinkled with chilli pepper, one cup soaked (overnight) raw chickpeas and vegetable crackers made in the dehydrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a>CRACKER RECIPE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cup ground flax seed<br>1\/2 cup ground chia seed<br>1 large tomato<br>2 bell pepper<br>Half teaspoon sea salt<br>1 bunch of celery<br>1 medium red onion<br>1 garlic clove<br>1\u20444 cup herbs (your choice)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spoon the mixture onto the teflex sheets of your dehydrator and using an off set spatula spread the mixture about 1\/8 inch thick to within 1 inch of the edges. You don&#8217;t want it too thick or thin. Experiment with this part to your liking. Dehydrate for 12 hours at 105&#8217;F. Flip these over at some point and dry for another 8-12 hours if necessary. As you make these again and again you can change the herbs for a different taste. These would be delicious with a slice of tomato or avocado.
